Unlike Manali or Kedarnath, a Kashmir trip from Delhi is overwhelmingly a flying trip - Srinagar's airport is roughly 1.5-2 hours from Delhi by air, and almost every verified operator's itinerary assumes you fly in rather than drive. A road route via Jammu exists but takes considerably longer and is rarely part of a standard tourist package.
Because the flight leg is so short relative to other Himalayan destinations, most Delhi-origin Kashmir packages run 5-6 days focused entirely on the destination itself, rather than losing a day or two to travel the way Leh Ladakh or Kedarnath itineraries sometimes do.
