Cancellation Terms
Linked Kashmir advisory: https://himalayanhikers.in/blog/important-advisory-note-for-jammu-and-kashmir-trekkers-2026 , dated 2026-05-18. Its full-refund promise for prohibitive government/military orders applies only to orders issued on or before 2026-06-15; it is not a current blanket guarantee. When treks operate, the advisory lists personal cancellation refunds of 90% at 30+ days, 50% at 21-30 days and none at less than 20 days; clarify the day-30 overlap and day-20 gap. A halt after reaching base or mid-trek brings no cash refund under that advisory, with possible alternative route or two-year credit. Post-cutoff pre-departure closure and future-season terms require written clarification. Standard policy: https://himalayanhikers.in/cancellation-policy .
