Day-by-Day Itinerary
Kasol to Grahan Village
HomestayAssemble at Kasol and begin the trek through forest trails following the Grahan Nallah. The trail initially follows an easier section before becoming steeper near Grahan village. The published itinerary covers about 8 km.
Grahan to Min Thach
TentsAscend through dense pine and rhododendron forests toward Min Thach. The route becomes considerably steeper and reaches an alpine meadow with wide views of the surrounding mountains.
Min Thach to Nagaru
TentsTrek toward Nagaru through increasingly steep terrain. Snow may cover sections of the route depending on the season. Nagaru is the highest campsite and provides extensive views across the Parvati Valley.
Nagaru to Sar Pass to Biskeri Thach
TentsStart before dawn for the demanding climb to Sar Pass at about 4,223 metres. After crossing the snow-covered pass, descend across steep terrain toward Biskeri Thach. Snow sliding may be possible where conditions permit.
Biskeri Thach to Barshaini and Kasol
Not ApplicableDescend through pine forests toward Pulga and Barshaini. From Barshaini, take the arranged road transfer back to Kasol, completing the Sar Pass trek.
