Cancellation Terms
Standard policy source: https://trekupindia.com/about/cancellation-policy . Previously published standard terms describe one-year vouchers, not routine cash refunds: 90% at 21+ days, 70% at 15-20 days, 50% at 7-14 days and none at 1-6 days, with specified exceptions. Obtain written confirmation of Kashmir closure terms before payment; no Kashmir-specific override was established here. The Tarsar page's separate trek-completion policy concerns eligible interruption after the trek starts, not ordinary cancellation: documented approval is required for a personal, nontransferable same-trek voucher valid for two years. Rebooking requires advance notice and payment first; eligible reimbursement follows completion. Transport, permits, insurance, rentals and emergency/personal expenses are excluded from that benefit. Do not treat a free-date-change banner as unconditional cash-refund protection.
